Hi guys, could anyone confirm this: Weather for pushing system apk or using flashable zip method will pass the booting process as long as we have system that already running, even without META-INF folder inside modified system apks. CMIIW. :rolleyes:

This version always abort the flashing process. It says no unlocked_loader.sin, why? While the previous flashtool doesn't need this file. Was this because I unlock my bootloader via pin method? :confused:

Go to xml folder and modify the "settings_header.xml" file, there you can attach any intent to call third party apps.

For now, this is the best ROM for me. With the limitation of another cool stuffs like reboot to cwm and long press back to kill app, force me to modify some framework and android policy things. But thank you for this so I can play with them to find out how and why. Everyone has their own taste...

I use int2ext+ as recommended by the devs of this tweak :p If you want use this script with oxygen ROM (GB/ICS), remove 10apps2sd file from init.d. If you don't, your phone will bootloops.

Currently my favorite script is CronMod Int2Ext+. You can grab it here: [SCRIPTS]CronMod-A2SD/D2EXT/INT2EXT (updated 08/24) Note: the script needs ROM (custom) that support ext partition and has init.d tweak.

Absolutely I've done these steps and got superuser app and root works fine. But, what the problem is it won't show the prompt window dialog when I access apps that need root permission (and denies permission). I need to change the security setting in superuser app to always allow root...

Hahaha..it's funny that some of us facing problem with gapps and others superuser problem (maybe someone get both problems :p). I, personally, rebuild the room and inject the su binary generated by superSU and replace superuser with superSU. No problem with gapps, though. I use the latest gapps...

Superuser problem Somehow, the superuser always denying any apps that need root access without any prompt. Even with enabling root permission in LBE Guard before accessing any root apps. The solution is to set the automatic response in superuser setting to "allow", not "prompt". Then, install...

It seems that your SystemUI wasn't deodexed. No smali folder found after decompile. It was the only reason I use 14 toggles,,,haha.. :D

Use baksmali manager as described in the original thread. After downloading and extracting baksmali manager, copy-paste your framework.jar to baksmalimager's root folder then double click baksmali Manager.bat, press any key, type 4 (4 Select file to work), choose your framework.jar as listed...

A little tips about button used in this method, you can refer to .9 images found in drable-ldpi folder. They are: btn_default_small_normal.9.png btn_default_small_normal_disable.9.png btn_default_small_normal_disable_focused.9.png btn_default_small_pressed.9.png...

I think we don't need to add additional xml file as the default SystemUI provide xml called btn_default_small.xml in drawable folder. Just a little trick to use that file instead of framework button then follow the instruction #4 and #5 above. Am I right? CMIIW. :)

That is because your ROM doesn't deodexed yet. The smali folder is that .odex file that redecompiled as classes.dex file and pushed in to its responsible apk. Try the attached file bellow, just flash via cwm. No need to delete .odex file, just flash via cwm. Remember to not reset or wipe any...
