No, that hasn't been the case for a while. As I said, Motorola themselves activated the second partition in the stock firmware many versions ago. Also, LineageOS for this device is designed to use seamless updates, so "killing" the second partition is not advisable.

There have been a good amount of 15.1 based ROMs posted here on xda, but that begs the question, what's stopping the official release? Apparently the only difference between unofficial and official releases is that the official is signed with the LOS key.

Is there any way to flash the Google Dialer, but keep the stock dialer? 911 is half broken; calls go through and remain connected, but the dialer app freezes during the call. The rest of the phone remains fine.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help at all. I still have the same problems. Luckily, the 21/02 build only reboots randomly when using wifi, so I guess I'll just have to use mobile data for a few days, until the next build.

Could you add a battery tile to the quick settings drawer in the next revision/update? That would help it match Android N a bit better and also make up for the battery not showing up at the top anymore in the quick settings the way it is currently.

Yeah, I am rebooting after disabling N-ify. In fact, I just restored a backup from before N-ify, and I still have the same problem. I just did the system, cache and boot partitions though, didn't restore data, to save on space.
