Try flashing once more starting with the gpt.bin (that should hopefully take care of raw partition error) and skipping the bootloader altogether. Also, may be worthwhile to try mfastboot.exe instead of fastboot.exe.

Sorry man, can't help you there. I have converted my device to GPe which is a single sim ROM and also haven't tried any other custom ROMs. The stock ROM, rooted, Xposed with Gravitybox module is enough customization for me.
