I'm using arnova and the option to save the raw files, but the resulting images are always saved in newly generated separate subfolders... very annoying for me, because the images don't show up in my gallery app (quick pic). Is It possible to save all these images directly into the camera folder?

sounds as if you installed the smdk version of Agni. But this version is for official cm only. You have to use the other version WITHOUT smdk in the filename. I had similar problems.
