Is this via an OTA? Have you done anything to the phone or is it just like you've taken it out of the box? I haven't received the update yet. Also what country are you in? I'm in Australia. Hopefully I get the update, even though nokia tech said I wouldnt out of the region

This is absolute bull!!!! I just spoke to someone from Nokia and she said that I would not be able to receive the update, nor any future updates because it is for the Hong Kong region specifically! WTF !!!!! I just spend 7 bucks on a vpn and it still wouldnt come up with an update even after...
