    How did you change the PCB? Got it changed from the service center or did it yourself? If you did it yourself , where did you obtain the PCB. Seems like your IMEI is missing , restore IMEI and it should work.

    Yes there was a miui thread , where a developer tried to port miui , the developer did not try the ports personally , which left multiple devices hard bricked of users who tried flashing that port. He released around 25 versions of that miui port , none of them even booted. I am not bad mouthing...

    Its a possibility you got Mi 5X with android one rom, thus the unlocked bootloader. Check on Xiaomi's Imei Checker website. And if it turn out to be Mi A1 , flash stock and lock bootloader, no warranty void whatsoever.

    My boy , the hissing is, according to me , due to the high output of 10v. I get the same hissing in 3 of my laptops. I once used some Sony headset (pretty heavy , The one which DJ's use) no hissing. Probably in Oreo they'll fix it with there own Mi music thing in the settings.
