Clean install fixed the issue.

OK I deleted the dalvik cache and cache , deleted the apn profile and created it again still no mobile data.I downgraded to earlier release of LinegeOS still no mobile data.

My mobile data is not working with lineage-17.1-20200801-nightly-zl1-signed.zip Anyone else with the same issue?

Well if you are referring to brightness control it is off but the slider is still there. The ROM is the latest one .
