I had a German stock ROM before and it worked. I was able to work BTU out with small editing with Root Explorer.

Not sure what's XXU refers to, but in every stock ROM zip file, you have 2 CSC files, home doesn't wipe data.

Indeed if you flash the HOME CSC and not the other CSC, it just flashes on the installed one you have right now. I would recommend it being a totally new version, you do a full wipe to make everything move smoother. Trust me, avoiding full wipe is not as bad as you think, if you are rooted you...

Problem: I'm one OE1, and most of the times I press "Contacts", app seem to crash and drop me out of it. This ritual happens 3-4 times until I can finally enter contacts. Sometimes I get a message "android.process.acore" has stopped. This used to be a bug on OD4 as well. Can this be fixed? Thanks
