hangouts issue another issue. whenever im using mobile data (3g or 2g) I can't receive hangouts messages(chat). I can only receive them when I open the hangouts app.

perhaps. based on the updater-script, the tweaks are just added to the init.d folder and inside the build.prop. if the touch screen issue bothers you too much, then its better to return to stock at this time. once you decided to flash v7 again, try to disable all tweaks and observe for a day...

are you really sure that you enabled the touchscreen tweak? because if yes, that file should be there and that is 100% sure. Sent from Android Phone

after checking the aroma, I saw that the tweak for touchscreen responsiveness lurks inside /system/etc/init.d/S89touch. just delete that file and reboot. it should work if the touchscreen responsiveness was really the culprit for your problem. Sent from Android Phone

I believe that this issue is the same with what i encountered. In your contacts there are names, but in all messaging app in your phone only numbers are displayed. You can try to export your Contacts in SD then import it again. It fixed mine, hope the same goes with your phone.

you should have used titanium or rom toolbox. imho its better to back up the apk+data from rom toolbox than using cwm.

yep, also the downloaded object can still be seen when you browse thru root>secondrom>media>download that's where the downloaded object lurks. it means its still working, it just can't mount something outside., ill try to look at the qsh script and see if i can understand the codings XD

one issue that i found in v5 is, whenever i download anything and i use the sd card(internal sd) then the downloaded files is broken what ever it is.
