This didn't help me much. I think this is ROM problem, because I tried ~10 modems and no progress.

I've switched to 2G and call quality is good. So the problem is when I use 3G. Could you share your modem? Or is it the UBUGNG1 one?

I don't know exactly what you want from me, but if you flash this initial 112 version via flash tool: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/7RTL/N474YBKte, and don't root and don't flash recovery, you should be able to update via ota to 117 version.

I assume you downloaded the build of s117 which is by default with RU region and some tweaks. If you install s112 ROW and then upgrade to 117 via OTA you won't see those apps.

You can't get russian applications if your region is not RU. And I can't comment on performance.

Based on region you might see different default apps on our phone. Also for RU region you will be able to use GLONAS.

You need SamsungIME.apk from previous version. You can then place it in system/app with proper rights and it will work.

I have this weird problem. When I use this rom I have problem with sound when I call someone or get a call. Basically the sound hurts. No problem with music though. Flashed different modem versions, stock firmware - didn't help.

How do I add widgets or edit screen? edit: turns out, you need to pinch on the homescreen to edit it. But I have other serious problem. When I try to call someone sound hearts my ear. I feel this is somehow radio problem, but I couldn't fix it by changing multiple modems.

Please add Samsung stock keyboard.

I don't know exactly why you are unable to change the region? because of root? or not having stock recovery. But safe way would be to flash 112 (don't update to to 114), then set region, restart and check again if region is set (some people reported that after restart they were back to default...

The guide on that forum says that you need to use SP_Flash_Tool_v5.xxxx In the options (CTRL+O) you need to check "DA DL ALL WITH CHECKSUM". By default you have selected "Download only" and you need to change that to Firmware upgrade...

I've used MiBand with my S3 and No Lock Home. I never had any problems with connection. You don't need the app to be running in order to unlock the phone.
