On the one hand,we are lucky enough to get android L and the developers may stop.But android M is mostly same as L with a few extra features and tweaks.So,fingers crossed.

The best way is to tell your uncle to restore stock firmware debloated. Otherwise,find out your baseband version and model number and search xda for the CORRECT rom and flash it using ODIN.
