Unfortunately not working on my rooted HTC One. App says I don't have root....

I reverted to my 4.0 backup again tonight (needed a working phone during the day) and all of a sudden, APN settings were there, although I never entered them.... anyway it's fixed now, enjoying 4.0 smoothness :D

Did a non-wipe upgrade from 2.0 to 4.0, and phone went all buggy (no wakeup, running hot) so I did a clean 4.0 install. Unfortunately I cannot enter APN settings, they just wont' save....reverting to a backup... hope 5.0 will be out soon.

I tried to install S-voice on Omega 2.0 but it won't install... does anyone have a clue?

On 8.0b1 First findings: - Wifi not working - Root access isn't working properly. Superuser says several apps have root access, but the apps themselves (like SetCPU) say they don't. Tried a manual wipe for cache and Dalvik cache and fixpermissions, but that didn't work. Otherwise looking good...

I'm in neither :) Did a factory reset tonight and restored all apps and data from Titanium backup. Exchange e-mail is working again as can be expected, so perhaps a reset after installing is advisable.

Since I don't have this lag on Desire ROMs or CM ROM's, how can this be hardware related? I don't have it now using mdeejay's CM ROM and kernel so I tend to think it's something in the Desire HD ROM.

I had this too (with wifi on) when I tested gauner's HD-FI with MDJ's kernel (I pushed MDJ 9.1 on gauner's ROM). It's either Desire HD related or kernel related.

Wow, that´s a lot better than the 28% I lost from 2.20 A.M. until 10:30 A.M this morning. Any special installation instructions? Should I do a task29 first or can I just flash your version over mdeejay's? And do I get to keep my apps then? (I am using an ext4 partition on my SD card).

Congrats Andrew, looks promising. I'm still on mdeejay's 1.9 CM7 NAND with S10.1 kernel, and I experience extensive powerdrain - even a constant 54mA when in flight mode. Could you tell me how your power consumption is? I prefer Desire HD over Gingerbread CM7 but if the powerdrain is the same...

Thanks, used this method to push MDJ S9.2 kernel. The ROM feels snappier already, now let's wait and see what power consumption does.

Done that, phone now unlocks with 6 digits but I still cannot sync.... Found an altered mail APK elsewhere on these forums where all security checking code has been removed. Thinking about giving that a try.

Moved from radio 2.12 to the other suggested one, 2.07. Here the same problem. Sound will initialize, but after a short while all sound is gone. I don't see any other option other than that the ROM is faulty, because the Android build I use hasn't changed when I used a different WinMo ROM.

Unlikely. I have sound after boot but only for a short while. When I change volume with the rocker key then I hear the incremental beeps, but shortly after that all sound is gone.

Yes I've had the same problem; got to 77% max while on charger, and no indication of 'charging' on the lockscreen. I rebooted, got 2 GSOD's and 3rd boot got me back in again and now it charged properly up to 100%.

Thanks but I've already done that, it's just that I had to look up connection settings now from the website of my provider and set up things manually. Maybe it was a temporary bug, anyway all is working now.

Weather update solved! Thanks for the heads up! Except for the manual internet settings, this ROM appears close to perfection.... will have to see though about battery life with radio 2.10.50.26, the coming days.

Installed this ROM, coming from Artemis V17. Must say it looks awesome, and feels smooth and fast. However some bugs (in stock mode): - Internet connection settings have to be done manually. Used to be automatic in all ROMs I've tried before. - Weather will not update (neither on 3G nor on WiFi).

Found a possible bug in NLD 3.1. Got Exchange-pushed a cancellation of an appointment, together with a normal email. Neither in Sense nor in Mobile Outlook Inbox could I open the cancellation. Fortunately the sender typed little text in the cancellation, but it should open.

Not ROM related, but certainly radio-related, I notice that with 2.07.51.05_2 I never get errors again trying to download mail, browse, and auto-update weather and Twitter. It would seem this radio finally is The One.... so if Leo is working on a 1.66 base ROM, I feel he certainly should keep...
