yes, indeed! occurs only in that case. I personally use a lot of open apps from notifications (as I believe everyone! SMS, Whatsapp, etc.) so it's not a simple "only" unfortunately!

IS A BUG! If i open Whatsapp from Launcher the status bar are black If i open Whatsapp from Notification the status bar are the statusbar of Launcher! THIS IS A BUG! I do not understand what you mean by "do it well" I do not want a status bar completely transparent but trasperante to about 40%.
