    Flash a supersu.zip, then restore via tb. The default su in pa is buggy. I sync my Tb backup to my box account before flash, after flash a new Rom, I sync it back down to the new Rom.     Did you try another sd card? Did try adb under recovery? One of your partition might be corrupted? Try format partition in recovery.
