You can unlock the bootloader using HTCDEV, but you will still be S-On. Rooting is also no problem. If you are trying to get S-OFF however, then I am not sure if that's possible at the moment.

Anyone else having this problem? Within the last few days, Facebook posts show up on the Blinkfeed page, but when I click on one of them, "My location" starts blinking and my phone freezes for up to a minute, and the link never opens a web browser. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes it is fully rooted with your tools. I guess I could try it and then worse case do a factory restore. Also would you know if the Xposed framework would work on the Nook?

OK so just to clarify. I am currently on 1.27.531.11 rooted with a Unlocked S-off bootloader and TWRP recovery. All I need to do is, leave the bootloader unlocked and run the 1.27.531.11 RUU file. Once that is completed I can take the OTA to 4.3. Once this is complete will I still be S-Off and...

If you unlock the bootloader using revone, do you still lose the flashlight, Ringtone trimmer..etc that youlose if you use the HTC Dev method. Does it still wipe all personal data such as photos, sms, etc? Thanks!

Yes this is exactly what I did. Once it was fully installed I uninstalled Zeam Launcher. Now it is stock Nook with the ability to side load apps. Perfect!!
