Post [MAGISK][MOD] AOD, Lockscreen weather and other mods for OOS Pie Stable

I just tried this, so you don't have to. Long story short: DO NOT DO IT. It will break your OxygenOS. After boot you will be greeted with "SystemUI keeps stopping", followed by an automatic reboot.* We have to wait for an update of the module. Postponing important security updates is not an...

Post [MAGISK][MOD] AOD, Lockscreen weather and other mods for OOS Pie Stable

Yes, first remove it. Go to Magisk Manager, remove the module, reboot to recovery, install bootloop fix from TWRP, reboot. Now you can install the new module and reboot. I've done this at least 5 times in the last few days and it worked every time.

Post [MAGISK][MOD] AOD, Lockscreen weather and other mods for OOS Pie Stable

Happy to help! Thanks so much for updating! I just tested this with the new version. OP6 OO 9.0.3., only two Magisk Modules installed (systemless hosts and paphonb's mod 1.5). Received an SMS, tapped the notification, no crash for me.

Post [MAGISK][MOD] AOD, Lockscreen weather and other mods for OOS Pie Stable

Good to hear from the creator! You're right, the button wasn't visible on mobile, but now I can see it :) About what doesn't work on 9.0.3: The main display settings page crashes the settings app when opening it. There are several sub-pages one can still access by searching in the main settings...

Post [MAGISK][MOD] AOD, Lockscreen weather and other mods for OOS Pie Stable

It does work He's probably aware that the module needs an update. I'd bet that he does this in his free time, like almost any developer on XDA, so we're really not entitled to getting fast updates. Maybe if paphonb wants to add a donate button I'd be happy to buy him a coffee or two to thank...

    Post [ROM&KERNEL] CyanogenMod UNOFFICIAL - 4.4.4 - CM11 - D802 & aCC Kernel [26/10]

I installed this rom yesterday and I like it so far. Haven't tested bluetooth. However, I get really bad battery drain from cell standby. I installed Wakelock Detector to see what the problem is but all I know so far is that at night, cell standby was using CPU time for almost 8 hours. This...

    Post [MOD][PORT] Jishnu's Camera™ V3.5B | F50 [4K Ultra - Chroma Flash]

Am I doing it wrong? Flashed this on my G2 international (d802) with CM 10.2.0 stable using TWRP. I used the stable F40 version from the attachment. Accessing anything other than basic photo functions gives me FC. Switching to front camera also gives me a forced close, followed by "camera not...

    Post [Q] Charging LED

The LED seems to be a feature of the charging circuit, not the software of the nook. That's why it works with any ROM, even in recovery or when turned off. That's why it can't be accessed by the software.

Post [Q] Newbie trying to jump from stock to CM11

I don't think auto brightness works on any version, nor stock. The nook has no sensors for it as far as I can see. On Cm11 I can't enable it.

Post Possible Aftermarket Nook HD/HD+ Cable

The issue for me (and many others, I'm sure) is that B&N do not ship outside the UK/US. I could definitely use some eBay trader who ships worldwide...

Post [REQUEST] Tablet UI patch update of Kitkat and 10.2 final for Nook HD+ ?

I have to say, Gmail was pretty intuitive from the get-go. It took me much longer to get used to Thunderbird or Outlook. Same with Android, I could never get to grips with Linux or MacOS, and have always been a Windows user. But Android is really quite easy to get used to, especially stock...

Post Bluetooth Keyboard for NOOK HD+

That sharkk one does look nice, but does anyone know of a keyboard that you can attach to the tablet somehow? I really miss that feature from my TF700 (it was probably the only great aspect of it).

Post [REQUEST] Tablet UI patch update of Kitkat and 10.2 final for Nook HD+ ?

Damn shame, too. It saved you space on top while there is more than enough space for both elements on the bottom, especially on a FullHD screen.

Post Download KitKat CM11 4.4.2 for Nook HD+ Here

so, this or verygreen's build? What's the difference? I've been using verygreen's 01/10 build and it's quite nice, snappier than CM10, too. But the battery drain is ridiculous, when I'm not using the tablet and it's just sitting there, connected to local wifi, and loses most of its charge over...
