I'm new to this, but i came from Pac-Rom, what can i do to backup my apps and its data. I have twrp installed if that helps, do i just wipe all then install this rom via twrp? then restore the backup ? does it restore all the apps and its data ?

do we need to flash every week for the new update ? , or we just need to check the settings?, thanks for this beautiful rom !
