I have solved my Bluetooth dropping out on S4 Active i9252 by installing LineageOS 14.1. Camera works (in 15.1 it does not). Bluetooth range is about 25m or half that of 15.1 or 16.0 adding weight to my belief BT tx power on the Bluetooth driver is too high in either.
