Auto rotation not working like before on a310

Quick settings issue on a310- Bluetooth, wifi, flashlight tiles are not working. Also in previous version 2.0 there was 7 different notification lights i.e. cyan, blue, red, yellow, white, green and magenta but only 3 colours- red, green, blue in this version 3.0.
