yeah, it didn't help. half an hour of driving and still no GPS lock. then I remembered someone said "tap it on the sides". yeah, that worked, immediate GPS lock. disappointing, time to look out for another phone. I could really open the phone, clean contacts and so... but it's not worth it...

OK, I did so. I believe I haven't updated since I installed Magisk in July. After uninstalling Magisk I couldn't install the update, but you can download the update image and install it through TWRP. It works, without losing all your data.

does anyone have bad GPS reception with their A1? it's really bothersome while driving. I would hope the lineage ROM would improve it, otherwise I need a different phone.

Thanks for posting the tip! I ordered one like that. This brand "Cobao" makes some really funky accessories. Even phone holders to fit into car CD drives. I never used a mount that grabs the vent. Interesting concept. I'm always concerned the mount slips off. Already had one mount that slipped...
