Hi. I was wondering if it's possible to show notifications from gmail and/or facebook for the 5 contacts I have on my edge screen? I don't mean a distinct, separate notification; I mean linked to the contact so that when I get a notification from them, it appears in the same way a txt message...

I haven't seen a solution this yet... Thought I'd ask to be sure. Using Wanam Xposed, I get the 'custom' screen at boot. I didn't get this screen using Nottach. Is it possible to remove the custom boot screen?

That's just the way it is. TouchWiz determines the amount of space available and adjusts the notifications accordingly. You may have luck using Nottach Xposed (root) to make the notification font smaller and hide the divider lines. This would free up some space, which would (perhaps) allow more...

I used Flash Gordon. Also removed spaces in the zip filename to get it to work. Changed swipe unlock in settings. Still on stock. Edit: Tried Tron and Blue rings with no success.

Phone is working fine. No issues there. It's just the swipe is still stock.

Anyone able to get this working on an S4 Active? I tried, and although it seems to have worked (flash gordon finished, prompted for a reboot), the swipe is still stock. Do I need to wipe cache or anything?

I just tried it. It appeared to work, but upon reboot the old swipe lens flare was still there. :crying:

I wound up using an app called Bluetooth Auto Connect which I set to launch (but not play) Rocket Player upon connection. This works as I want it to now on both my VW and my Ford.

I selected 'google' under Launch an Application (com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox) and it's working for me.

Can also verify root remains using Super Su with multi re-boot attempts. I also tried Moto-chopper prior to Lamda. It seems you need to use Super Su to maintain root after a re-boot. Also, I have since defrosted SEAndroid and still do not get the pop up (again, b/c of Super Su).

I was using SuperUser and lost root after each re-boot (tried several times to verify). Super Su is the way to go. It keeps root even after a re-boot.

reboot will remove root. Hopefully, a more permanent solution can be found.

From this link: This message is actually related to SEAndroid. If you freeze the apk using an app like Titanium Backup, it should remove the message.
