I am unfamiliar with Phoenix ROM, but if it is CM based, you should be able to do a simple wipe and flash it. If Phoenix is Touchwiz based, I always recommend starting from scratch. Hope that helps.

You could try browsing to the SecondScreen apk installation path within your recovery's file browser and delete it. You can also try dirty flashing whichever ROM you're using over your current set up, as it sounds like some of the system my have been corrupted.

Flashing a non-Tmobile modem to this phone WILL brick it. Even if it were possible, the modem would only be set to demodulate ATT signals, so you would likely not get reception at all.

Is anyone having these issues using the xposed framework? I uninstalled it to fix a health and now my skips are gone.

I had an extended battery with my S3, and the percentages scale as you'd expect with the larger battery. I'm sure ultra power saving would also scale, assuming that the "days left" calculator is determined by the phone's percentage.

Can't help you with the notification bar, but if you install the Xposed framework, there is a module that allows you to turn on your flashlight by holding volume up while the screen is off. It's way faster than a notif toggle IMO. :good:
