    my htc sensation xe is stuck at the htc screen so i wanted to restore the backup via adb -> doesnt work, because the phone has to boot to do this. so is it possible to flash a full rom via the fastboot menu? this is the only thing that is working properly atm (no adb, not working recovery etc.)...
