So the adoptable storage won't be made inaccessible by a software update from Samsung?
If a system update turns off adoptable storage will the data be accessible in other ways?
I ended up rooting my S4 with Kingroot and then using Super-sume to remove it and install SuperSU. Phone seems to be running hotter so far and potentialy worse battery performance. No other issues yet.
Yes i read that page. However, if I am questioning the trustworthiness of a software I am hardly going to go by what its developers say now am I? I was looking for independent opinions.

Realizing that this method trips Knox, are there any methods that don't (as with towlroot and the like for the Galaxy s4)? If not is anyone working on it?
