I am trying to get this to work on an Amazon FireStick 4k. The Fire Stick does not have a settings panel for the Notification Access. Is there an adb command that can grant this access? If so could you supply me the command to grant this access ? An example would be great! Thanks.

Regarding blocking updates..... I had 5.6.01 on my Fire HD 8 and had everything from Amazon that had access to internet blocked with no root Netguard and it STILL updated to 5.6.1.0 ! So beware!
