It's seems you have a "H815" device but H815 won't have any ARB value, which model do you have correctly? You didn't provide this information. And if you got a 9% stucked, that mean your phone can't flash this file, OR THIS WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE! atm you need to give me your real model name...

if you unlocked, just flash the zip with twrp yes, but I recommend use twrp to flash it, unlocked bootloader no need these steps :) you should go fastboot to flash twrp then normally install the zip some lags? did you do a full factory reset?

Have you unlocked the bootloader already? If yes, try flash TWRP first, and follow that Nougat rom thread If no, perform a factory reset, check the supersu still alive, run flashfire, flash nougat. BUT, CHECK YOUR ANTI-ROLLBACK VERSION FIRST!
