1. did you download this kdz?(it's modified so don't try other 20P's) 2. if you still keep getting 0x2000, then try to extract nougat(29a) kdz's dll, rename and move to the proper folder select refurbish option for that and you're good to go hope it helps :)

you can extract kdz file, extract kz, merge the system.img and save whatever u want using ext2read tool(you can find the tutorial here>> https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2600575) move that saved file to the right place afterward u just have to simply set permissions and reboot :)

tbh i did the second one and it worked for me and afterwards i upgraded to 7.0(you can find this on here) without any network problem yea you need rooted lollipop for it you don't need the modem file for the second method but you can get the modem file if its required
