KDZ method You can get the official kdz using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=22225030#post22225030 . and probably flash using KDZ updater.

i just copied the functions from cm 7.2 'libcamera_client' used stock liboemcamera and libcamera , used camera.msm7x27.from this thread and got the similar logcat as yours ..... I think the errors are generated by camera.msm7x27.so .. .. the sources for this library is there at codeaurora...

several CM9 ports for old phones which have stock gingerbread, dont have a working camera. also fm radio is not implemented in cm9 yet.. dont know if it can be replaced by market apps........ please do read full info from where u downloaded the rom.
