Just wondering do I need to upgrade my phone to v10e first?before installing this ROM?

I find my device is a bit laggy and unresponsive when compare to ICS or Honeycomb. Is there a way to downgrade back to Marshmallow / Jellybean? Thanks.

Just try it on my HK version of M030 and rooting the system twice without any problem. Just wait till the system boot-up before pressing okay or else it will not root at all.
