Well I'm in the bootloop ship as well. I was rooting and failed, does this mean I can go to sprint and just order a new phone because the phone wasn't rooted? If so I am getting another replacement. (my first one was a hardware issue.)

I am just going to go to sprint later and ask for a replacement phone. I hope they give me one because I already had a hardware problem and traded one in.

I am also thinking if I can hard reset maybe it can help.

If I can't unbrick my d631 them I'm just going to smash it with a hammer and put it on youtube.

So if i root my sprint g4 this will return it to stock? And if I do so would this un-void the warrenty? Or would it still be void?

You see... My pc can't detect my phone. I tried installing droid explorer but it asked for the sdk file location. Where is that at one my pc? I know I have it, I just can't find the location.

I have no idea what to do. Maybe someone could explain? or maybe just link me to a tutorial. Also, how do I know if i am running 10b?

Well, I haven't been able to use my D631 for about a week now. I am probably going to just go give it to at&t to fix and just pay the fee. Unless someone has made some serious progress.

I really hope this works. I don't feel like paying at&t to fix my phone. If they will even do it because it is rooted.

Unfortunately I do not have a backup. I was going to make one and I just forgot to click "start" and I left my pc thought it finished and just exited out. Is there any other way I could possibly get one?

Hey, all I know is that I was following a tutorial. And how would i reflash system.img and boot.img? I have never done that before. I was on Kitkat as well. I can't seem to be able to get into flashboot mode, but I will keep trying.
