Good news :) Good news ... Solved the outcall issue, now I can call any number. Under the Sitting --> Call --> International access number I did the following change ( see the pic attached) Just sharing this info in case anyone faced slimier issue

The weather app is in English but it will not find my place by GPS unless I chose manually

It says this phone is unlocked but for some reason it's stuck with korea like the weather app and widget clock. GPS is turned on and more over i did a full reset twice while my sim inside incase this will solve it but it still. Rooting the phone wasn't my target so to keep it updated with LG but...

Yes I confirmed that you bought the wrong phone. This what happened to me. I'm in Etisalat 4G, so if you want razr hd with enabled 4G lte you should buy it from Australia or UK. I recommend Clove or Handtec the release date after 2 days.
