It won't until the updated theme apk gets extracted for android 10 . Theres no way now to bypass the timer for paid themes . A few years ago you could with package disabler pro , Not now though.

That would definitely depend on the model number of your device , I'm assuming it would have to be an unlocked version from samsung .

You can't. Just updated to android 10 last night on my note 10+, Just a heads up. This theme will not apply after the update, I just got an error every time .

Same thing happened when I installed this theme with custom one UI installer. It built upon the high contrast theme II , But The sounds didn't work , And some areas in settings were white instead of having that grey grid.

Who knows ...I tried the same method . Installed the theme on one UI , Then switched to nova launcher and restarted. Still reverted after the ten minute trial was up , Then I applied the theme while using nova and restarted just to see if that worked. Same thing .I'm in a note 10 + .
