I just got my Peak this morning. Still fumbling around with it.

Best thing I've done is disable my bluetooth since I have no devices that use it. Second is lower the brightness while on battery. I'm getting around 5:30 of battery life doing things like browsing, email, news reading, and using Autodesk Sketchbook Design.

You're going from a Froyo build to Ginger. You definitely need to flash amss and dsp1. Unless you want your Streak to go apeshit with FC's that is. Don't know where you read that either but it installs a new kernel. Sent from my Dell Streak using Tapatalk

I'll report back as soon I have gone through testing things later tonight. Downloading the noOC at the moment. Edit: I tried all combinations of installing, factory resetting, clearing cache to no avail. I kept getting the 3 flashing LED lights. Went back to OC for the time being.

Did you make sure to do factory resets? I did one before and after the installation process and everything turned out great.

I'm assuming I can just install the no OC over the OC?

Mugen Mugen Power Batteries 1800mAh It's been working pretty great for me so far. The shipping took forever to the states, but, as I said, it's working pretty great. Definitely last longer than the original Dell battery that came with it.

I would have to say that I am an avid user of StreakDroid. Sure it has a small bug here or there, but as far as speed you can't go wrong with using StreakDroid with perfmod.

Performance took a small hit. Nothing to really get excited about. The transition from 1.6.1 was very smooth. So far no WiFi or GPS issues as have been previously reported by other users. I didn't clear anything before upgrading, but as I've super smooth transition. Thanks Dj Steve
