    Post Fix IMEI and Network

    My phone is global and after I flash custom ROM android 10 ..my baseband is unknown, no imei , WiFi , Bluetooth , hotspot not turning on and can't detect sim card . I would like to know if I can flash EU rom to a global device then flash the custom ROM?
