Thanks, ya I got it figured out. I have TWRP installed. I actually tried to leave the data folder in tact but it caused a LOT of problems.. lol. So I erased everything but the media folder and all is good. I only installed this rom so I could fix my GPS problem. Worked like a charm, I'm back...

Does factory reset wipe media? I don't want to lose music, downloads, etc. Can I just wipe system and cache then install?

Strange, it wasn't showing for me. I just installed the 28th.. Right away I noticed my display turns on for notifications but doesn't go back to sleep now. Maybe I'll install the 27th instead.

Mine's working now after restoring both my watch and phone.

I followed a guide I read online that said to back up the game save folder from the /data/data directory. I just installed a new ROM (Cyanogenmod) after running a stock ROM. Now trying to copy that folder back to the directory isn't working. First of all, there is no second folder named 'data'...

I don't have the option to change the charging colors. Swiping down on the watch face does nothing, and there isn't an option for it in Motorola Connect. I'm running the latest Moto 360 software on the watch, and my phone is running OS 5.1.

Before I do that, will I have to reinstall my apps or change all of the system settings again? Sorry, it's been a while since I flashed a ROM, I can't remember what's affected.

Thanks yep that's what I did so it boots fine again. I read in another thread some issues people are having with installing this update if their phone is rooted so I'm just gonna skip it. I've grown tired of all the hoop jumping Android requires.

My phone is rooted running a stock 5.1 ROM. I just got a prompt to install a system update with a security patch, etc so I clicked to install but it gets stuck in TWRP recovery instead of installing the update. So now every time my phone boots up it restarts trying to install that update...

I think it's still a nice smartwatch. I've owned the Pebble Steel, 360, Zenwatch, and G Watch R, and I've come back to the 360... out of all of them, it was my favourite. It also helped I scored an open-box 23mm SS one for $130 tax in, lol.

Yeah, I've noticed this as well. Before the update, one was able to turn off the heart rate feature altogether by disabling the health tracking stuff.. but now it doesn't seem to matter, it comes on regardless.

Ah well I feel a little dumb. It's because I've been using a borrowed Samsung phone, with all of it's crappy goodness... its Messages and Email apps don't support Android Wear. So I installed Messenger and Gmail and set them up as the default apps. Everything's working as it should now.

This piece of crap is doing it again. Once its been disconnected, it won't connect again without complelety startinh over and resetting everything. I'll check out that app. You know, people can bash apple all they want, but at least their **** actually works properly.

Thanks for the reply. I managed to sort it out... I missed the step to click "trust device" during the initial set up. I didn't realize that was a necessary step for the watch to stay connected. You'd think it'd just do it automatically.

After just about every call, when I take the phone away from my face the screen remains blank. If I tap the phone against my leg, sometimes the display will come back on.. otherwise I have to press the power button and unlock the screen before I can use it again. Anyone else have this issue?

i did. The top left one doesn't light up at all, unlike the bottom two. This leads me to believe it's non-functioning.

Looks like my battery life has taken a dive again. It's been barely 3 hours and I'm already down to 75%. I just switched to the new Moto X, not sure if it's co-incidence or not.

I've noticed on mine, the bottom two are easily visible in the dark, whereas the top right is barely visible, and the top left isn't visible at all. I'm not sure if this is affecting the performance or not.

Yup, it's a fun watch face.. I love the foot tapping and blinking... but like the others, my watch crashes. It doesn't completely crash, it just gives me an error that Android Wear has stopped responding. There's also a considerable amount of lag when it displays at first.
