Thank you. So I did this and then rebooted, it still goes to the screen with animated circles. How do I repair with my phone after this? Thanks again any other steps I should have done on the recovery screen?

So after having not used my watch for about a week I've had issues. Right now my screen seems to be stuck loading and will not connect to my phone...I have tried restarting it and always goes straight to the screen with 4 circles that are moving. Any help would be great....my first thoughts were...
