I'm in the Raleigh NC area. According to LTE Discovery i'm using Band 4. and I also experience the same. A brief connection while in global or LTE/UMTS/GSM mode then it falls back to HSPA.

Bands 2, 4, 5 and 17. I'm located in the Raleigh Durham area of NC. When it was connected to LTE I used the LTE discovery app and confirmed the uplink and downlink freqs. 1900/2100 if memory serves me correctly.

I have rooted and s-off. Used the guide to enable additional bands. I used NV values 65626 and could get LTE in some areas but not in others. I'm starting to think it's radio related. Any suggestions?

Ok, Try adding your gmail account 1st then add the exchange account. I was able to do it this way. Looking at your signature makes me think you've installed a sense build and not the one posted in this thread. Hope this helps.
