Just use this rom: Step 1: Install recovery CM11 (I can't find the newer) - then restart recovery. Step 2: Install this rom. Step 3: Install Gapps 5.0. Step 4:Install SuperSU-v2.16.zip (for root access) Done, now enjoy Lollipop :D PS: I uploaded those files in here...

I use F180L and I used CM rom for a long time, from CM11, everything work fine, you should try, don't afraid :p

GPS works fine for me. And I installed ver 21st, everything works fine :)

To day I try to update to 20th version but system UI stop working, so I can't do any thing with my phone :crying:. I must use flash tool to install stock firmware and flash 19th version. I found an error that we can't choose keyboard, Setup stopped immediately :rolleyes:
