I've got a GB (United Kingdom) unbranded, stock HTC10 and last night I got the July 2017 security update. My Software number is: 2.41.401.41

This my main gripe with this phone. Was very disappointed to see such a simple feature missing. On my old phone I used the Light Flow app to set different colours for all sorts of things. Simple things like being able to glance at the phone and know if it's a work or personal email was soo handy.

By holding the down volume button as the phone was starting up I managed to get the AP Fastboot Mode menu and chose Recovery, I was then shown the sick Android logo with the red exclamation mark, This lasted for a bit but now it seems to be in the restart loop again. I'll keep trying things...

The updated was installing and the phone restarted itself to the red Motorola logo, but now it's going in an endless loop of restarts and M red logo..... :(

WOW Finally! I went to check for software updates and lo and behold it's there, downloading it now. I was on 91.2.29001.XT890.Retail.en.GB and last night I entered a survey (now expired) on the Moto forum to be in the first batch of UK updates.

It's not been released in Europe yet, hopefully this week.

I also had the same issue with ICS and JB stock. I was convinced it was a software issue because it always started to work when I restarted with the headphones in. I know it sounds crazy but have a dig around in the headphone jack for fluff, I picked a few bits out and I *think* that mostly...

No, I said I have received 92.2.29001.en.GB but I did not install it, I only downloaded it so I could uploaded it for you guys, I don't want JB. I'm still on 81.5.39001.XT890.Retail.en.GB.

No luck with either of those techniques I'm afraid. With X-plore I can see the same as ES, root folder cache etc, they just don't have any files in. When I plug it into a PC I get to see even less than that. Looks like I need root. I'm sure some other folk should be getting the OTA update...

Sure. Will the zip would be accessible on a non-rooted phone? If so, where will it be located and how do I access it?

The version I'm being asked to update to is: 92.2.29001.en.GB (310.8 MB). Not sure what this means and unfortunately I won't be upgrading for the reasons I stated earlier.

I was offered the upgrade on my non-branded GB Razr i last night, declined it though as I want to keep the FM radio functionality. For this reason I'm glad I wasn't given the update first as I would never have guessed that they would disable this (undocumented) feature. I hope one day some...

I can't believe they've done this :( Maybe reason enough for me not to update to Jelly Bean? :( By the way, while I'm here, everything works great no crackling etc but when an email/text sound comes the FM audio stops and I need to restart the app. Not a major problem but a little annoying none...

Just updated, no minor jerking any more when zooming out of the home screen :)

I find that the annoying clicking stops when Silent Loop Off is enabled and Silent Loop is disabled (why isn't this the same toggle?) however without Silent Loop the audio stops when the screen is turned off.

I've tried the free version of Spirit and FM Radio from Google Play and both work however as soon as you turn off the screen the audio stops. Basically makes the radio useless :( The only way to get it back is to quit the app and relaunch it.

I'm not worried too much but it's hard to say right now, let's wait until the masses get their hands on it. Google have just updated Chrome to work on it.

Yes it does support HSPA+ and indeed the bootloader will be unlocked. It's going on sale this week :good:

Any particular reason? Did you have a bad experience with the xt910? I think the sgs3 is a tad too big for me.

Thanks jmcclue, didn't realise you could get to attachments that way. Installed Deactivate_Trackpad_To_Unlock_Stock.zip from ClockworkMod Recovery (I don't have CM7 hboot) but still the trackpad unlocks.. :confused:

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm also using the latest RSK rom and the trackball unlock is really bothering me and there doesn't seem like a way to turn it off.

This is a really good idea, I'm surprised an app hasn't been made for this yet. Hopefully it's just a matter of time.
