Use Schapps Advanced Configuration and find the "Unlock HTC Home" setting, you can move it around then

The utility is on the xda site, but I have no problem giving it to you. There are a lot of other fun things in the program, just make sure you do a full back-up before you start messing around with it. ('Sprite' is great for this.) It's a registry editor, but it is formatted in a multiple choice...

Have you used the Touch control settings in "Schaps Advanced Configuration" or "Kaiser Tweak? Both are available here on XDA...

Just curious, what did U use to compress your themes? I've used PocketRar, HTC Zip, Total Commander & a few others; none can open it... (beautiful themes, though!)
