You don't need to be already rooted to run this process? Using Odin to install a stock formware on top of an already no-rooted stock firmware will be fine yeah?

You don't need to do point 1 do you? Can't you just flash the kernel from CWM app? Also replacing the stock kernel will still not reset the count will it?
