If you're talking about instead of vibration you get a beep sound in silent or vibrate mode then no I do not have that issue. I set my phone on silent and are getting the vibration like it suppose too.

I removed the bootanimation and shutdown files in /system/media and it took care of the tmobile animation at start and shutdown of phone
