Well it seems to work ok besides of the Google Play Services that stops all the time. Why is there another launcher? not the Google Home one?

And the installation is the same way trough adb/sideload I guess?

So how did you managed to install CM11 without a working recovery?

I wouldn't call it "working" if it only work with some phones, then I think you should label it in the first post that it only works for the Chinese and Korean ones. Then people don't have to mess with their phones etc. ;) Cheers and keep up the good work!

How did you all managed to install this CM11 when the CWM doesn't work? I've tried with the latest CWM RC3 version and using Maclaw's CM10 latest...

I had to restore my phone to stock (2.3.6) firmware through odin, the root again etc.

It's ok :) I've managed to find a firmware for Europe so I'm back on track again ;) Now I just want a recovery to boot/install CM11 :P
