Yep the guy is playing games and using plex..both of which the mx2 doesn't do well. I am just going to have it boot into xbmc launcher. Run utorrent with rss feeds from showrss in the background. And maybe run droidnas on it. I have seen logitech mini keyboards work so that is what I'll get.

Cool, I think that settles it for me, I wasn't aware that the regular playstore apps wouldn't work on the ouya. I will get an MX2 and post a review soon. Also it helps that I can connect a few spare portable hard drives and use this as a streaming box to other TVs in the house.

The firmware was trying to flash automatically(because it found the PG58IMG), but your phone did not allow it (no SuperCID). Deleting the file put it out of the loop. I would do the supercid and upgrade the firmware to move to an ICS rom. Happy flashing!

Yeah dude, I get what u're saying. the desire is the same sort of device as the sensation, can run the same software. So not much of a scope for improvement in the user experience. Let's see what's up for grabs in 18 montths when my contract expires. :)

Still no push notifications! I have upgraded to 6.0.2, uninstalled and reinstalled Gmail from the market. I believe that autosync is just not taking place on my mobile, until I hit sync all. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Anybody else notice an issue in push notifications for Gmail after 6.0.0? I get push notifications only after i have once manually opened gmail after a reboot. or pressed the sync all button. Updating to 6.0.2 tonight and I'll report if the problem persists.

I don't mind it dude, the phone works well for me, has no dust or other issues, AHD Rom, MX video player works, calls are nice n clear, backstab hd works and music sounds good on my bose mie2 headphones. Battery can be better, but I have a dock and 2 extra Anker batts off ebay for 30quid.

I use Bose MIE2 phones, nothing quite like it as I hate the ones that go inside your ear canal. Price 80 quid.
