Totally agree with you. My guess though is that when the circles radius is just a couple pixels from the central point then its GPS; since GPS is accurate to a couple feet and A-GPS when the radius is about half the screen. Again just guessing but I really do wish there was an option.

Yes and No. The Xbox video marketplace is now Zune Video. So you can watch videos you've purchased on line or on the xbox; same thing applies to music videos. I said yes and No because on the Xbox Zune video and Zune music are separate applications though they are both tied to Zune pass
