Installing the APKs will work, but it only gives you the trial version of the theme, so you have to disable the theme store with a disabler to prevent it from switching back after 5 minutes. You might be able to do it with "Package Disabler" from the Play Store. I haven't actually tried it, but you may have some luck with it.

I flashed over my Optus firmware, and I didn't lose data. You might want to back up still just in case, but you shouldn't have any problems if you flash with Odin.

I flashed XSA over the Optus firmware, and it looks to be fine.

I just did it with the Optus S6. Worked perfectly.

The app doesn't work at all. I can browse images, but pressing save just saves a blank image of 0 bytes, and pressing "set wallpaper" makes it crash instantly. Using a regular S6.

I've been using the stock Google Alarm clock that comes with Nexus devices. Just a nice plain material design with exactly what I need.

Try setting it up right next door, and then turn your phone off, then back on. That's what finally fixed mine, and now it works perfectly.

Not sure. Download them and check. They are the only two black themes I've seen on the Play Store that change the background to black in settings, and use a white font instead of the usual black or dark grey. If you don't like it, you could always refund too.

That's actually incorrect. There are a few themes with black background in the settings on the Play Store. One of which is called "theme eXPERIANZ black Pro Z" By Ven1aone. And another called "Theme Experiam Black Pro" by FNPROJEC. Neither of them require root.
