Sadly, no. From what research I have done, the Knox bit is basically an e-fuse in the CPU. Once it's gone it's gone. Only way to "restore" it is with a new phone.

That's the model number (g92**). The code ending in OE1 is the version code for the ROM running on your model. Just to clear it up for you :)

Until it comes out, I don't think anyone will have a definitive answer. Flashing stock ROMs via Odin will preserve the Knox status, but, as it overwrites the system partition, root will be lost. No two ways about it. The only way I can imagine updating to 5.1.1 and having root, will be in hoping...

Network locking is never affected by firmware flashing. Network locks are protected using a completely different part of the phone. Never got around to seeing how phones do it. But yeah, flashing a different "brand" of firmware only changes bloat and bug fixes (assuming different versions).

From my understanding, Knox gets tripped when the phone first boots up with an unsigned binary, not when it gets flashed. I may be wrong, but I'm not sure that it will "bypass Knox" as you put it.

Such an awesome mod that really does need to be added as an option in stock ROMs more often. Be much better than accidentally blasting mega volume into your ears because you've already accepted responsibility for bypassing safe volume once today :3 In other words, BUMP! :)
