After a few weeks of no sound and no camera, I've finally solved the problem. I took my phone apart, and cleaned it out with compressed air. I polished up the contact points on all the spring type contacts to the back of the case. I put it back together and everything is working!

When I disable the stock camera, my shortcut goes away, so I can't select anything. I really like Manual Camera, lots of settings that are easy to get to. It also takes pictures faster than the stock camera. I just wish I could access it from the stock lock screen.

Except when it randomly causes your phone to reboot.:cyclops: I'll be sticking with poweramp though, because raising the minimum cpu to 400 MHz seems to have solved the problem, and had a pretty negligible effect on battery life. Thanks for all the suggestions folks.

I've never overclocked this phone at all. I tried setting minimum CPU to 400MHz as suggested in this thread, and so far it has worked. I haven't tested it enough to be sure.
