This seems to be the issue I am running into on your D851 port after removing the LGBluetooth4 that you are overwriting in system/app. Also, the kitchen that I am using to dissect this is reporting that the ramdisk cannot be extracted, so this could very well fix the BT issue.

Progress was made, but it still doesn't complete the boot. It optimizes all apps, then reboots to optimize apps again. I tried with stock kernel and Solid kernel. I attempted to capture logcat, but it never fully connects to adb.

I have never once had this issue. This rom also uses a different base than cloudy, so if you are seeing it no matter what rom is on your phone, you probably have a hardware issue.

You can try flashing the correct rom. Looks like you are running Cloudy 2.5 and not SR.............. Also, this is a ROM for the d851 on TMO and it looks like you are on AT&T, so flashing my rom may not be a good idea.

I am not sure why the difference, but I refer to the bootloader as aboot, dbi, laf, rpm, sbl1, and tz. That is what I always called it on my previous Samsung devices. I refer to the modem as either modem, radio, or baseband. The modem partition has nothing to do with how the device boots.

I just tested it on my phone and it flashed fine using TWRP 2.8.6.1. If the MD5 did indeed check out, I am not sure what is going on in your case.
