I actually disabled cloud and my battery life went back to normal. I might re enable it but not allow data to run in background but not sure if I even need cloud.

Should allow to use data while running in background be unchecked?

Cloud has apparently also used 54 GB of data in 2 days. Good thing I have unlimited

I was getting 20 hrs and almost 6 hrs screen time now it's about half that. When I look at usage it says cloud is using 30%. Is that normal? Any way to get back closer to where I was a week ago

Is that generally better battery wise than exnyos?

Called Samsung back. They both confirmed my charger is official and that I could use it for the s9+

He said as long as my charger is an official Samsung should be good. How do I know if mine is official? I bought it from Amazon

I'm confused as to what dexpad is. Is it a wireless charger? I get the part about being able to use phone on a desktop. I've been using my note 5 for 3 years and have gotten behind the curve so to speak as far as accessories and phone features

I pre ordered my S9+ yesterday. i also ordered and otterbox and one of their tempered glass screen protectors. im coming from a note 5 and still used to a home button. will an otterbox interfere with the fingerprint sensor on back? any other pros or cons to not using the otterbox?
